These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Kauai AI's content publishing and social media management tools ("Service"). By connecting an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service allows Kauai AI to publish, schedule, and manage content, and to respond to engagement, on social media accounts that have been explicitly connected and authorized by their owner through each platform's official login and API.
You are responsible for the accounts you authorize the Service to access. Authorization is granted through each platform's own official login flow and can be revoked at any time through that platform's account settings. The Service will only take actions on an account for as long as that authorization remains active.
The Service must not be used to: violate any connected platform's terms of service or policies; publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior. All published content, including AI-assisted content, is subject to human review and approval before publication.
Some content published through the Service may be generated or assisted by AI tools. Such content is labeled as required by the platform it is published to.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular publishing outcomes, or account performance, as these depend in part on factors outside our control, including third-party platform availability and policy changes.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
